Watching Gaga pick up another Gong at the Mtv awards, it was only after a few seconds that I coherently figured out what the hell she had plastered on her head.. then what her dress was made of.. and then... THE SHOES!! Im sorry, but this is just sick.Gaga is Gaga That's all I have to say on the matter.
